Words can't express how beautiful and incredible this is. I cried throughout the whole thing. If every family/community were full of this much love/acceptance I would have hope for the world.
Wow... I actually have some hope for the world that a kid like that can have a pretty happy life both at home and at school and just be accepted. That's awesome.
Yeah, it is pretty incredible. It looks like some really expensive private school, I doubt they'd let that book within ten feet of a public school. But whatever, it's so incredible to see parents that truly love their child unconditionally!
I will check that comic out, as you know I'm knee deep in the webcomic diaspora... I just got my host and am so excited! It's like What About Bob, baby steps, baby steps...

Oh, also it reminds me a lot of the comic strip The Princess, have you seen it?

It's actually not that great of a comic, but the fact that it exists at all is kind of awesome.

I like that comic! The art is really good... it reminds me a lot of Archie in its weird wholesomeness!
