Class is Forever

Inspired by Dave Sim's new project (well, one of them!) Glamourpuss, I took this from the back of a magazine. It's been driving me crazy for months, sitting on our living room table. "Class is Forever." It seemed like something that would be on the cover of Glamourpuss, and he was drawing from fashion magazines.



I didn't pencil it first, and didn't spend a lot of time on the details (plus I'm no Dave Sim!) but I kind of like the way this turned out. I draw women like drag queens, so why not draw a woman who already LOOKS like one?!! I won't tell you who it is! (After all the plastic surgery, you probably won't be able to guess either!)
