I forget the model though, it's some four digit number, not that that helps. But I think what that other person said is probably true too. Are you using software that came bundled with the scanner, or some other graphics program? The Import function in Ilustrator and Photoshop usually gives you total control over your scans.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
